About the Christmas Shoebox Program

The Christmas Shoebox program is a ministry of Global Vision Citadelle Ministries, a Christian missionary organization serving the people of Haiti. GVCM is an evangelistic mission, planting churches, operating schools, orphanages, medical clinics, and other activities throughout the rural Haitian countryside.

GVCM has partnered with families and organizations to take Christmas Shoeboxes to children in villages throughout the country of Haiti for many years. These Christmas Shoeboxes are an absolute treasure to these children, many of whom have never received a gift before.

The Christmas Shoeboxes are a blessing in and of themselves and are not incorporated into any programs or presentations. They are given in love simply to see the joy on the faces of these children, whose circumstances give them so little to smile about.
